Float your yoga

Best for beginners.  Learn a wide variety of level one postures, a strong foundation, healthy alignment principles, and breathing techniques for mind-body wellness. This is a basic, but deep practice giving students what they need to be safe and effective in all classes.

Flowing style, moderate challenge. Healthy beginners are always welcome.

Yin Yoga all levels

Easy, gentle, quiet yoga done mostly seated or lying down. Targets deeper connective tissue and joints. A wonderful balance to an active lifestyle. No experience necessary.

Pilates Mat

Get in tune with your body, develop a strong core and enjoy healthy posture.  In Pilates the quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetitions so as powerful as the movements are you never feel depleted.

Classes begin with a centering breath awareness and physical warmups focusing on the six movements of the spine leading into a moving meditation followed by rest and seated reflection. Classes are appropriate for all ages and levels of practitioner looking to Breathe, Stretch, Strengthen, and Let go!

Paddleboard yoga

-Sorry we are done for this season.

Experienced paddles and never-evers welcome. Challenge yourself as much or as little as you like. I will teach you basic paddling technique and board handling. We take a small tour and then anchor down for a group yoga practice. You can do this! Reservations Required 802 770 4101
