Class Descriptions:

Best for beginners.  Learn a wide variety of level one postures, a strong foundation, healthy alignment principles, and breathing techniques for mind-body wellness. This is a basic, but deep practice giving students what they need to be safe and effective in all classes.

All Levels Flow

Flowing vinyasa style. Healthy beginners are always welcome.  Be prepared to break a sweat.

Yin Yoga all levels

Easy, gentle, quiet yoga done mostly seated or lying down. Targets deeper connective tissue and joints. A wonderful balance to an active lifestyle. No experience necessary.

Pilates Mat

Get in tune with your body, develop a strong core and enjoy healthy posture.  In Pilates the quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetitions so as powerful as the movements are you never feel depleted.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one although we have some to lend.

Cell phone ringers should be turned off, and please refrain from wearing fragrances to class as some folks are sensitive.
