Many of you have experienced working with Zoom for business meetings, yoga, and family chats. If you have not yet you’re in for a nice surprise. It is an easy and fun way to stay in touch, see each other, and keep fit and sane.

I am navigating the learning curve of this stuff so will start this week with a soft opening of two free classes.
I would love to see you but please keep in mind there may be a few bugs.

Monday 3/30 Vinyasa   8:15 am  id #639 249 645
Tuesday 3/31 Basics     5:30 pm  id #420 887 257

If you have never used Zoom go to Zoom.us and hit “sign up” (it’s free). Or go to the app store to download the app on your phone or  tablet.

All you need to do to take the class is open the app, click on “join meeting” and paste or type in the id #.
Id #’s will be posted Sunday afternoons for the week on Killingtonyoga.com, and on facebook.com/killingtonyoga
