Level 1 Hatha
Best for beginners. Learn a wide variety of level one postures, a strong foundation, healthy alignment principles, and breathing techniques for mind-body wellness. This is a basic, but deep practice giving students what they need to be safe and effective in all classes.
Level 1 & 2 Flow
Flowing vinyasa style. Healthy beginners are always welcome but geared toward students with some yoga experience.
Level 2 Flow
Flowing vinyasa style for seasoned yogis. Not recommended for anyone with acute injuries unless you know how to modify your practice. Can be somewhat vigorous.
Easy, gentle, quiet yoga done mostly seated or lying down. Targets deeper connective tissue and joints. A wonderful balance to an active lifestyle. No experience necessary.
Pilates Mat all levels
Originally called “Controlology” by inventor Joseph Pilates. Pilates emphasizes proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, and concentration on smooth, flowing movement. Get in tune with your body, develop a strong core and a flat tummy without adding bulk. In Pilates the quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetitions so as powerful as the movements are you never feel depleted. Proper breathing is essential, and helps you execute movements with maximum power and efficiency. Last but not least, learning to breathe properly can reduce stress.

Private Yoga and Yoga Therapeutics
Private instruction can help new students integrate into group classes. Private sessions are also great for students with injuries or health challenges. Learn how to adapt the practice to manage your condition safely, alleviate pain, and improve your quality of life. $55/ hour; group of 5 sessions $200
Private and small group Performance paddle Stand Up Paddleboard ( SUP) lessons. Get the glide!
Includes board rental, basic paddling technique, beginner and intermediate strokes, turns, and stops. SUP fitness training. Get the glide!
1.25 hours $95 private $25 each additional student. With your own board, PFD, and paddle $75.
Group SUP yoga classes $30 includes board rental. With your own board $15 or 1 class punch on your Killington Yoga class card. Pre registration required.

Studio yoga class pricing and FYI:
If possible show up a few minutes early for your first class to discuss any injuries and see how things work. The studio temperature is approximately 75 degrees. Be ready to build your own heat so dress in light layers. If you are coming from work or the slopes we have a changing room available. Bring a yoga mat if you have one though we have some to lend. Cell phone ringers should be turned off and please refrain from wearing fragrances to class.
