Many of you have experienced working with Zoom for business meetings, yoga, and family chats. If you have not yet you’re in for a nice surprise. It is an easy and fun way to stay in touch, see each other, and keep fit and sane.
If you have never used Zoom go to Zoom.us and hit “sign up” (it’s free). Or go to the app store to download the app on your phone or tablet.
All you need to do to take the class is get your email invite and open it up.
$7 per class or $50 for 10, or whatever you can pay.

You can also use up your current class cards but the rates at the time of purchase will apply.
Best for beginners. Learn a wide variety of level one postures, a strong foundation, healthy alignment principles, and breathing techniques for mind-body wellness. This is a basic, but deep practice giving students what they need to be safe and effective in all classes.
Flowing style, moderate challenge. Healthy beginners are always welcome.
Easy, gentle, quiet yoga done mostly seated or lying down. Targets deeper connective tissue and joints. A wonderful balance to an active lifestyle. No experience necessary.
Get in tune with your body, develop a strong core and enjoy healthy posture. In Pilates the quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetitions so as powerful as the movements are you never feel depleted.
