Best for beginners. Learn a wide variety of level one postures, a strong foundation, healthy alignment principles, and breathing techniques for mind-body wellness. This is a basic, but deep practice giving students what they need to be safe and effective in all classes.
Flowing style. Healthy beginners are always welcome. Be prepared for a moderate challenge.
Easy, gentle, quiet yoga done mostly seated or lying down. Targets deeper connective tissue and joints. A wonderful balance to an active lifestyle. No experience necessary.
Get in tune with your body, develop a strong core and enjoy healthy posture. In Pilates the quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetitions so as powerful as the movements are you never feel depleted.

Classes begin with a centering breath awareness and physical warmups focusing on the six movements of the spine leading into a moving meditation followed by rest and seated reflection. Classes are appropriate for all ages and levels of practitioner looking to Breathe, Stretch, Strengthen, and Let go!

Experienced paddles and never-evers welcome. Challenge yourself as much or as little as you like. I will teach you basic paddling technique and board handling. We take a small tour and then anchor down for a group yoga practice. You can do this! Reservations Required 802 770 4101
Studio pricing and FYI
If possible show up a few minutes early for your first class to meet and see how things work.
The studio temperature is approximately 75 degrees.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one although we have some to lend.
Cell phone ringers should be turned off, and please refrain from wearing fragrances to class as some folks are sensitive.
New Student Special for Vermont residents $30 for 5 classes (good for one month from purchase date)
$15 Drop in classes and SUP yoga.
$40 SUP yoga class with board rental
$70 Monthly unlimited classes, not valid for SUP yoga classes or special workshops
$100 10 class punch card, good for any group classes at the studio.
A sliding fee scale is always available. The more people practicing yoga the better… just ask.
