Level 1
Best for beginners, teaches basic postures and alignment principles.
Level 1&2
Healthy beginners welcome but geared to students with some yoga experience.
Level 2
Healthy beginners welcome but geared to students with a regular yoga practice and may include more challenging postures and inversions.
Pilates Privates
Mat and Reformer – read more about the Pilates method here -First session $40 1 hour, $35/ 50 minute session
Private Yoga
Private instruction can help new students integrate into group classes. For students with injury or health challenge private sessions adapt the practice to manage your condition safely, alleviate pain and improve quality of life – $50/ hour
For new students
If possible show up 10 minutes early for your first class to discuss any injury and see how things work. Studio temperature ranges from 70-80. Be ready to build your own internal heat so dress in layers. Bring a yoga mat if you have one though we have some to lend and for sale.
