Class Descriptions 

Basics  Learn a wide variety of level one postures, a strong foundation, healthy alignment principles, and breathing techniques for mind-body wellness. This is a basic, but deep practice giving students what they need to be safe and effective in all classes.

Vinyasa Flowing style, moderate challenge. Healthy beginners – advanced.

Yin Yoga  Easy, gentle, quiet yoga done mostly seated or lying down. Targets deeper connective tissue and joints. A wonderful balance to an active lifestyle. No experience necessary.

Pilates Mat Get in tune with your body, develop a strong core and enjoy healthy posture.  In Pilates the quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetitions so as powerful as the movements are you never feel depleted.

Paddleboard yoga

SUP lessons

Learn to paddleboard efficiently and effectively, or improve your technique for the best workout of your life.

$75 – $95/ 1.25 hr

Private Yoga and Pilates sessions

Pilates Mat and Reformer

Private Yoga Private instruction can help new students integrate into group classes. Private sessions are also great for students recovering from  injuries or health challenges.

Learn how to adapt your practice to manage your condition safely, alleviate pain, and improve your quality of life.

$60/ hour.
