  1. HI Karen,

Checking in to see if you are OK. Saw photos from the Mountain Times taken in your “neighborhood”. Please stay safe!

  5. Nice website :)

  6. Karen, thank you for bringing the yoga goddess, Margaret Pitkin to Killington this past Saturday for the workshop. I loved the opportunity to practice for a longer period than in a traditional class as well as learning new techniques and asanas. I left the workshop full of happiness, delight and life.

  7. Hi Karen.
I’ll see you later tonight, but here is a new e-mail address.

  8. Sat Nam and blessings from California. Just wanted to take the time and publicly thank-you for getting me back on the road to a regular yogic lifestyle. I had forgotten what an inspired yogic life was all about until I started your classes at New Life. Just dropped a line to Janet as well and asked her to say hello to you, Theresa, Beth, and Drew and all the great staff at New Life as well. Hope you’ll finally get some snow time too! We finally got some snow here in the Sierra-Nevada mountains just last week but it has been really dry all season. Going to run for now, drop me a note if you have a chance…Heading down to Joshua Tree in Southern California in April for Kundalini Yoga and music Festival too. I really thank-you for relaunching me in the right direction once more. Time is now and now is the time! Namaste, Phil Turner (big guy from Calif & former Kundalini yoga teacher to refresh your memory if needed).
